"The decision to renovate our retail cigar department was made with the intent to better serve our customers and ultimately enhance sales. I chose to partner with Vigilant because of their expertise in humidification technology and their custom manufacturing capability. The design challenge was to create storage and display areas that were highly attractive and also highly functional. Vigilant’s design team helped us achieve all of our goals! We now have an aesthetically pleasing walk-in humidor and display cases that allow us to maximize space utilization, provide greater ease of use for our customers and staff, and deliver more consistent humidification to protect our extensive cigar inventory. Just as important, Vigilant completed this project on time and on budget, with minimal disruption to my retail operations. During the first six months since installation, we’ve increased our sales by more than 20% year-over-year! These results have exceeded my expectations, especially given the challenging economy.
